Please be advised that all models have been carefully removed from their packaging to be photographed and then returned with all care taken to protect the model from damage.
When can I expect my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number from the provider that we have shipped with. In most cases we will ship with Australia Post, their delivery time frames are listed below. Please note that this is a guide only as provided by Australia Post.

Please contact us for a quote for express freight. Pricing will vary based on your location, size and weight of your order.
We offer transit insurance which will provide peace and mind in relation to your purchase. Our insurance cover will protect you against accidental loss and/or damage to your shipped items. In order to be fully covered by insurance you must click on the insurance button at the time of checkout and ensure that you pay the premium associated with this cover.
We currently do ship internationally however a shipping quote will need to be supplied at the time of your order.
Not what you ordered?
We have checks in place to ensure you are sent the correct items. However, if by chance a mix up has occurred, please contact us via email or by phone, and we can organise to get the correct items to you. We will request you to send back the incorrectly shipped items, so if you hang on to the original shipping packaging, it will make it quicker and easier. Postage will be on us!, Please refer to our Refund/Returns Policy.
3. Refund and returns policy
If for any reason you change your mind on your purchase, we will give you a 7 day period from the time you receive the goods to be entitled to a refund subject to the following conditions:
- You must email us at email@example.com within the 7 day time if you have changed your mind so that we can resolve any problems and advise return address;
- Goods must be returned in mint condition, including undamaged packaging, with all postage paid;
- Refunds will be credited to your account on receipt of the goods in excellent condition so your care and attention to packaging is important.
Our refund policy does not apply to goods which have any evidence of wear and tear and/or been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. or if they have been dropped or broken in any way. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. We therefore advise you take out shipment registration & insurance with your postal carrier. Tbar Model Co. will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Collection of Information
In order to use the TBar Model Co. website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including email addresses. Any information collected by Tbar Model Co. is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, email, mail, fax or directly through our website.

Any details collected from TBar Model Co. customers is required in order to provide you with our products and services. Correspondence may be recorded in order to provide service references and/or to assist in our staff development.

TBar Model Co. follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. TBar Model Co. uses personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as emails, accounts information, and critical service details. We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional emails. If at any time a customer wishes not to receive such correspondence, they can request to be removed from any mailing lists by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can act on your request. You will be notified when your personal information is collected by any third party that is not our agent/service provider so you can make an informed choice as to whether or not to share your information with that party.
TBar Model Co. may, at its discretion, use other third parties to provide essential services on our site or for our business processes. We may share your details as necessary for the third party to provide that service. These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose. TBar Model Co. does not share any information with third parties for any unknown or unrelated uses.
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or any legal process served on our website.
Links on the Tbar Model Co. site to external entities are not covered within this policy. The terms and conditions set out in this privacy statement only cover the domain name of www.tbarmodelco.com.au
TBar Model Co. Security Policy
In relation to your transaction, Tbar Model Co. uses both Paypal and Shopify to process your payments. Please refer to the relevant terms and conditions in order to understand their security and privacy policies.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will send your goods via Australian Post normally within 3 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. Please allow up to 8-10 working days for delivery. Goods are sent “Receipted” and require a signature on delivery. If for reasons beyond our control items are not available, you will be contacted by email and or telephone and you may be offered an alternative product or your purchase will be refunded via Paypal at your choice.

Availability of Product
TBar Model Co. is a ‘Bricks and Mortar’ retailer and items shown in stock are based on computer inventory records, occasionally discrepancies occur because of theft, clerical error or other event beyond our control. We carry over 8,000 line items and it is impossible to maintain 100% accuracy. If for reasons beyond our control items are not available, you will be contacted by email and or telephone and you may be offered an alternative product or your purchase will be refunded at your choice. With regards to items showing ‘pre-order’ this could mean an item is temporarily out of stock or is a new release awaiting delivery in the next 1-4 months. If you add a pre-order item in with other items, it will be back ordered and supplied when it arrives without any additional P&H costs. (please note - some hobby manufacturers are small ‘cottage’ industries with limited resources, others represent companies who manufacture in batches. (Batch manufacturing is where the supplier makes enough for current orders, then starts accumulating orders for the next economical production run which may take months or longer). Pre-orders may be delayed till a batch is manufactured).
New Releases also fall into pre-orders. Most suppliers announce new items at the start of each calendar year and progressively produce them. By pre-ordering a new release you insure an allocation and quick delivery once it is released. If you wish to cancel a pre-order, this can be done at any time prior to shipment with a complete refund. Occasionally, new releases may be over-subscribed and we may not be allocated enough product to supply our pre-orders. In this event a refund of any outstanding money will be made via Paypal or Shopify.
